Mike was our waiter during this visit. First of all, he is SUPER handsome and has a great smile. But he was great and attentive to me and my aunt during our meal. He made sure we were taken care of & the food was DELICIOUS. Will definitely be back. Thanks, Mike!
The beautiful Nevaeh was such a sweetheart taking care of me this afternoon. She helped recommended my drink and food which all came out pretty amazingly. Even got me to try a beer I would have more than likely skipped on which I ended up loving. Great service from her she need a raise and my burger was unequivocally bussing!!
We dine here frequently.... today little man wanted to eat here for his birthday. We always enjoy it.... but tonight was our first time having Miracle as our waitress. She was amazing! Personable, sweet, attentive. Quick on refills and checking in. We will request her every time we dine in! Wonderful experience!
Stopped by for a late lunch and sat on the patio on this nice day. Our server Jonathan was great and greeted us in a timely manner. We (2) ordered some fried pickles to start off with and they were so good. I had ordered the classic double and my sister ordered the Jake’s special with sweet potato fries. Everything came out hot and fresh. Jonathon never let our water reach the bottom and provided all the condiments as well as extra napkins. Will definitely be returning to more burgers or other items on the menu
Chris was a great server!! Friendly and had a great smile!! Will definitely come back!! Oh and the food was outstanding!! Love the bottle caps!
I came around 5pm, ordered buffalo wings with blue cheese, sweet potatoes fries which comes with a marshmallow creme dip, and a sweet tea. My server was Danielle who was prompt, friendly, smiling, and I dined alone. She checked on me from the beginning to the end of my meal. My order was hot, correct, and the service was on point! She did everything you would ask a server to do! She offered dessert and a to go drink but I was already full. Thank you Danielle for your service!
This was our first time in a Jake’s location. The service was really nice, restaurant has a comfy atmosphere to come in and enjoy a good meal. Our server Zane was very pleasant, patient, & very informative of the options on the menu (We kept asking questions). We took His recommendation on the Hot Hickory Burger & also tried the Jalapeno Bottle Cap Burger & Flaming Hot Dog (& a salad for our diet). Will definitely come back to try their Brunch this weekend. Everyone was great, including the Gentleman that greeted us when We came in who also came by to check on us along with our server. Great service!!!!
Kris was absolutely amazing. Made the vibe very happy and enjoyable. Had my whole family laughing the whole time and did his job exceptionally has my kids calling him uncle Kris lol Well, definitely ask for him every time we come
